i have mixed feelings about this manifold. Its seems my want for power is not as great as my feeling of disliking the looks of this manifold over my stock rew uim.

How much is an LIM for it? Any horsepower or flow increase claims over stock?

It just bolts on to a Holley style lower manifold. It is most certainly going to flow better than the stock manifold but with such a huge throttlebody, the throttle response will be very sensitive. You can go too big. I suspect you would lose low end power and off idle power but full throttle would be nice. It was really designed to be used on very high horsepower turbo drag cars. With a stock ecu there would be no point in using this. ErnieT has one on his FD.
