LOL!! Holy **** Greg. Don't you think you might be over reacting some? I know the car you just bought has been giving you headaches but why are you selling the drag car now?

Damn!!! I've actually met someone who is exhibiting the rage that I have on occasion. I can only say one thing. Calm down and take your time before you do anything.
I feel your pain to the utmost. I've owned my car three years(and am about to pay it off), and i've had nothing but problems. It makes me sick sometimes, but I realize how close I am to accomplishing everything, so I hang on. Keep your focus.
Just take your time deciding what you're going to do.
Jim

Greg,

Bro, take it easy!

It will get better, it always does. Just remember this, if you sell your car, you will have a void in your life, that void will be harder to fill.

Just take one day at a time and set goals each day...

Here were mine..

Today I will take out the interior
Today I will take out the engine
Today I will strip the car completely
Today I will sand blast all metal
Today I will install the roof
Today I will prep the car to paint.
Today I will paint.

Now, here is another week that i have to plan for.
Today I will put in the carpet and the heater core.
Today I will put in the dashboard and install all wiring
Today I will put on the door and panels
Today I will do the cage
Today I will tear apart the motor and spec
Today I will build the motor (since the car is gettting cage)

I can go on and on but I think you understand.

Just do a little at a time!

EVERYONE is waiting for your car to get done, so get moving!!!

Anthony

Greg Nice, I don't know why your so pissed with your chassis car. Let me give you my side of my crazy story. I went to a chassis shop and the chassis builder told me it takes 2 months to build me the Rx3 with all the tin work. this was back in december of 1999. It took him 1 year and he didn't complete the TIN work. I took the car away from him. Now I took the car to a very reputable chassis shop. www.vpracecars.com vp race cars told me 2 weeks to finish the TIN work, but guess what? the original chassis builder didn't build my car right. we had to tear the front of the car apart and a whole bunch of other stuff. Now it took another year to finish my car the right way. At this point it sit's collecting dust in my shop, only because I have no time for it. The moral of the story ... be patient. If and when your Rx7 will be done and you will get your chance to run.. That, is already writting in the book of life. Don't loose hope..

Just change days to weeks and dont be in any rush.

Take the wife or girlfriend out to dinner/movie/dancing get a hotel room and forget the cars for a while.

So what if they collect a little dust once and while.
