Rice - Like Dale said, I am running Yokie A032Rs on the back, 225/45/17s at about 20psi. Boost is around 15psi and yes I am a big boy, and A777 was in the car with me and he is a big boy too The 32Rs are the best thing I have bought for the car for ages! I went from smoking the tyres through first and second to a small amount of wheelspin in 1st and hooking up and taking off! They did a 1.7 60ft when I ran my 11.8!!
Call911 - Its a T2 tranny with custom quick shift. The clutch is being used and is an RE Amemiya twin plate item. The shifts are decent, but I can do quicker when I race!
The loud smack you hear between shifts is the blow off valve. Not a brand name BOV, just a fairly generic one that most cars down here use
Amemiya - I wish I had a sequential box in the car! MMmmmm....g-force street fighter box.....

I have the same tires !
They grip better when cold than my Dunlop D98J (circuit tires !) but I do not run 20 psi in them !!!!
That must help alot?
I think I need to go to KFC more

Running 20psi in them works great for straight line racing! They get a bit wobbly though at higher speed, but its a trade off!!
Obviously I don't drive with them on 20psi everywhere!!

are you talking about short throw shifter or a major custom shifting mechanism
I know a Tranny tec here
that will install a jerico style shifter on the rib case based mazda trannys
It bypasses the H-pattern and instead grabs the gears
directly from the side of the tranny
