It depends on how much boost you are running, but you should be around the 300rwhp.

i dunno... I saw some guy in a "heavily modded" FD run an amazing 14 second pass

Yeah, window tint won't get you hp - neither will a hi-flo fuel pump (although it's added security) You only have about 4 or 5 power mods but I don't see a dp on there (which you need) I'm taking it you're installing everything yourself?? Labor costs a lot of money to install everything (correctly) I'd say 270-300 rwhp, mid-high 12s 1/4 and 0-60 in low 4s - I could be way off as this is all just guessing. And you're spending too much on your mods - do some shopping
