Fuel Pressure Reg. for NA FC

Fuel Pressure Reg. for NA FC
I didn't find anything searching so the question is this, does anybody know which aftermarket adjustable FPR top will work on our cars? Both Honda and Mitsu use the DENSO FPR's and Summit has the replacement tops that make them adjustable. And after my trip to the junkyard with a dial caliper I found that the '94 Eclipse and '87 Accord both have FPR's that are the same size as ours, they just mount differently. Even with that info, the application listings don't go back for those cars on the Summit site.
This isn't a turbo, and I'm running a stand alone.

...just to say it; I've seen an FC w/ a B&M Adjustable Fuel Regulator from a honda on it. I believe they had to remove the top of the stock FPR by grinding a bit on it, then the honda regulator bolts around the peice (it's o-ringed) to hold on as stock.

That's the kind I'm looking at exactly. They list a couple different ones for different years etc. Any idea which Honda it came from? At the salvage yard there were two basic sizes on the Hondas that I found. The problem is the cars I found to look at aren't listed. I'm about to order both kinds and then return the one that doesn't fit.
The top of the FC regulators is a press on fit, you grind the edge of the large dia. top and pull it off. That exposes the actual diaphragm that the spring pushes on for setting the pressure. The new ones clamp on an add the screw to preload the spring a bit for higher or lower pressure. There is no fuel in this area so the O ring is really for keeping things clean.

I finally ordered one to see which one will fit. The one in the picture above looks exactly like what I bought but they come in red and blue too. It's Summit part #46057 made to fit '88-'00 Civic/CRX and '90-'00 Acura Integra/NSX.
Installing it was easy, you just grind the edge of the largest OD to remove the non-adjustable top. The c-clamp part catches the lip and holds the new top on. I did find that it needed a thicker O-ring than the one supplied. The groove that locates the ring is fine in the new top, its just the top surface of the Mazda FPR is slightly different and it won't seal. I put a thicker ring the same OD in and it seals perfect.
Sorry I have not been able to test if it works, the car is still under construction.
