Arrow Crane HI-6 Install

OK,
Need some help here. I have a Crane Cams HI-6 installed on my primary coil. The engine just seems a bit rough and I'm wondering if I have a certain wire connected wrong.

I only suspect the cyl select wire (small blue wire) as a possible problem. The manual says to hook it up to the small red wire that connects to the OEM Coil+ wire (The Coil- is used for trigger off the igniter), but that is for a 4cyl setting.

Now, my question is that I have seen 2 installs on the net. One says not to hook it up to anything, and the other one says to hook up to the red wire.

I am confused..... What way is the right way? It is working, but it is having a small "miss" to it, and I want to make sure I have it hooked up correctly. It could be wrong.

So, what should the cylinder select wire (small blue wire) be hooked up to? The small red wire, or nothing at all???? Help Please! Thanks for any replies,
Greg
