First off, I am gonna be coming back from Iraq in like november and I have a black 87 turbo 2. Now that I have lots of money to put into it I have some big decisions I need to make. I live in Fort wayne, Indiana.

Things that I know I want the car to be
1. It will be a road racing car
2. I wanted it to be 400-500whp(what do you guys recommend?)

What I need to know now is of reputable shops that always get the job done right

Cost?

Also what engine mods are the best to have a reliable rotary engine at that power?

All I am wanting to know is only about the engine itself, because that is where my lack of knowledge is. Everything else I can do myself.
