broken exhaust manifold bolts
Both exhaust manifold bolts on my front rotor housing are snapped. They broke off almost flush w/the rotor housing (actually a bit depper in) so there is no part of the bolt exposed past the housing. I have an "ez out" set but I dont have a whole lot of experience with using them. I've done some broke bolts but it was on a cast iron piece, here im dealing with a steel bolt in an aluminum housings (so im very worried of hurting something). I've heard from tons of people, stories of snapped off the actual ez out in the bolt, then your in even more of a nightmare. Anyone give me help/advice on this matter.

Do what Trex said and follow that with this; You need to get a center punch and mark a good hole in the center of the bolt. If the bolt broke too crooked you may have to use a rotary grinder to get it into good enough shape to make a good centered punch indentention. The point is that you will need to drill a hole for the extractor. The better the extractor the better your odds.
Your local Sears has a real nice set of extractors. I will try to find a pic of the ones I recommend.

I have never had luck getting the studs out of rotor housings, if they broke off
what's left in there is really stuck. if what scalliwag suggested doesn't work, what i do is
make sure the first pilot is exactly on center then step up in drill sizes until
you have drilled out all but the threads of steel in the aluminum.
then its just a matter of pulling out the bits or retap.
good luck your going to need it
