That's perfectly thick enough. On the eybrow cut, extend its length and close its port timing at the same time the extend port closes.

A "half bridge" is when you bridge the secondary ports, and just street port the primaries.

Yeah 5mm is plenty, very reliable for a bridgeported engine. Be sure to make the bottom of the bridge angled and rounded nice.

we'll make modifications as necessary to the turbos, my predictions will be 380rwhp@14psi, anything beyond that will choke

Half bridge is when , HALF the number of ports (2 on a four port motor ) are bridged , you can also have a halfbridge if you only port the primary ports !.

I've done my own on both the older soft iorn and the new harder ones, the new ones take a lot of time, so much I'm not realy will to do it agen, just hand fileing the radesis in side that brige is a killer, high level a skill and patunt (spelling sucks). I would get a older one and just peractis frist. So any how for my self I likem big primary & seconderies and it idles at 3k and from there up it is most smoth and it is twin turbo, K injected

Could you essentially "sleep" an Rx-7 by keeping stock primaries and race porting and bridging the secondaries? This would have relatively good lowend and badass topend.

How would one start the bridgeport? Drill a bunch of holes in a line and connect them together with a dremel/ die grinder?

that's what a half bridge is, only the secondaries are bridge'd, the primaries are just street ported and cleaned up

and yes, you drill holes and connect them for the bridge, although there a lots of techniques, this is the easiest
