Boost leak? maybe?

Boost leak? maybe?
ok well to my knowledge im pretty sure i have a vaccum hose somewhere under the hood that is leaking my boost but i just want to get feedback to see where im am.
After 4,200 RPM on any gear but 5th the boost drops from 0.61 kg/mmHG (peak) to ~0.10 to 0.15.
I wanted to know what you guys had to imput on this.
