I'm just wanting to double check...

An aux bridge will have 0 effect on my car below 3800RPM, provided that I have no flow from the bridges until the sleeves open.

why CNC some templates ? why not just mill the ports into the housing using a CNC mill ?

 

I don't trust the machine enough to port the irons, but I'll trust it to cut sheet-metal. If I miss the center of a peice of sheet metal, I'll throw another peice on. If I miss the mark on a rotor housing, I'm out at least $60

 

so run your prog on a sheet then use the real thing thats what i do

Do you think that this would go through Emissions if you didn't open the aux ports?
