Anyone actually running a electric water pump???

I'm curious if anyone actually has a elec water pump on thier car and working? If so please post up what pump you have and also what type radiator like standard or dual pass, ect. Let us know how well its working for you in hard situations like a lot of high rpm driving back to back. I know an elec will be fine at idle, ect but how is it doing in the real high rpms like 6K+?

Thanks,
Stephen

I would like to know what kind of life time you can expect from an electric. Living in AZ I think it would be a great thing to keep the water flowing quickly at lower rpm's but if the pump were to fail it would be almost no time at all before overheating.
Anybody daily drive an FD with electric water pump?

If you just want to basically supliment at low rpms let me tell you what too look at. Check out the Davis Craig ewp setup. It will be perfect for what you want and its real easy to install. You can run it inline with your mechanical water pump and it'll help a ton at low rpms. I was thinking of using it as my sole pump but it only flows around 22GPM and I've decided to get something that flows more like 55gpm since it'll be my only pump.

But for what you want it would be perfect. I think the entire setup runs around $400 or so.
