The factory basically does the same mod on the FD rotor housings.

What's the reason for having dog engagement in 1st and 5th only?

The car weighed 1190kg with a 2 rotor singel turbo engine. Im hoping it will weigh the same when the conversion is done.

So 2 boxes of NRS 2mm 2 piece seals showed up yesterday in england Damn currency rates tho, the seals got about 1000 USD more expensive for me in my currency then august

And the 4 rotor shaft and other parts are finished. They will be sent out for balancing next week and will be ready for shipment to england before christmas

I also got a few action pictures of the car from this summer. Before i had some side seals break due to a over rev The log in the ECU showed 12500 rpm :P

See the car all the way back in the picture? It's a race rigged BMW Z4 that is used for 12 hour races

Looks really good your car Shall be a blast to hear and see it live next year (hopefully at Mantorp Park). What company is building your engine? Are they gonna tune it on Rolling Road or engine dyno 700+ hp way to goo

I will most likely be at mantorp park yes at Gatebil next year.

The engine will be built by WGT Autodevelopments in the UK. It will aslo be ported and sleeved there, as he has his own way of placing the ports. And they have worked very well for him on the 2 and 3 rotor pp engines he has built. The last 3 rotor PP engine produced somewhere arround 480rwhp as a NA engine

And it will be dynoed on a Dynapac rolling road. And will be tuned by the same person building it. And we will most likely have some extra help my one of the biggest Motec dealers in the uk when it comes to mapping of the engine. As we will be using a Motec M800 with a ignition extender to get the last 2 igntion outputs

But the engine is to be tuned "safe" hehe well as safe as we can to get close to the target of 700f flywheel hp But im happy if i get 650 fwhp.

This is NZD so it's a quite a diffrent price diffrence. With todays currency it's 4385 USD. So it's not very expensive for the complete kit. This is alot of parts. It's with 2 new center housings with bearing support. Bolt kit and so on. So don't think it's very expensive.

Do you have any pics of the center housing stationary gear bearing when it is all apart and also any "in process" in terms of machining of the housing and such. I was always interested in how they do it. Better yet do you have some sort of instructional manual of how to do it?

Why pay for it when it's stolen?

It says $7995 because it is in NZD...not USD.
