Question 4 rotor fd

Has anyone seen the video (I forget where I got it from) of the red 4 rotor fd that first does a burnout on the track and ends up about 1/8 or so the way down. Then proceeds to get an insane launch and appears to be around 180 or so in 3rd. My question is if anyone has seen it why did this car not have a parachute? Maybe it looks faster than it really is or there could also be a very long braking area. Just wondering.

you can right click and save as, or just open it up in internet explorer, it will be a quick time in internet explorer and wmv if you download it. http://www.cede.psu.edu/~pts116/www/4rotorfd.mpeg

Are you talking about Abel's old FD drag car?

I was hoping the 4 rotor video was the long one of Scoot's 4 rotor driving at night.

I do not have that specific Scoot video. If anyone has it they can e-mail it to me and I'll host it.

Okay, that Modena sounds SWEET! For a rotary head, even that gets the blood moving.

regardless of of whatever you may be biased towards, if the sound of a ferrari engine doesn't get the blood moving, there is a problem haha

Nothing is as pretty-sounding as a Ferrari motor. You've gotta love it.

The 4-rotor has to be the rudest, meanest, nastiest, sounding thing on the planet. You've gotta love it.

I've got a few Scoot videos on my site. You can mirror them if you like.
Videos can be found here.
