Subaru WRX STI vs RX7 FC N/A
went to a meet in tustin... some guy wanted to run my car. im guessing he just got the car since in the vid it wasnt as fast as i thought. must've been stock. anyway i agreed to run him to see how well i can do against a subby, but told him ull win since his since its turboed and 4 wheel drive. so he told me i can go in front and wed do a rolling start... i stay ahead in 1st and 2nd gear. 3rd gear he started catching up slowly and he let go when he was right beside me.. not bad for an na against a subby :P. mods a intake full RB exhaust system, apexi afc neo ecu, msd ignition box, short shifter kit, stage 2 clutch, RB lightened steel flywheel

not bad. I had an encounter with a 2002 wrx wagon, rolling at 65 mph to 105 i was in front at the beginning then he slowly caught up at the end. My mods are a k&n drop in, racing beat downpipe & presilencer, borla catback, and a mild street port.

One issue the sti has from a roll is its 6 speed tranny you have to shift so much that you spend more time doing that in the race. The gears are a little too close together which they changed in the 07's I believe.
