It may just be the feeling of a AWD vs a RWD is different...

All you have to come up with is to make fun of my spelling you are retarded, did you really not understand that I was comparing prices you would spend on a modified car and a stock car and how slow your gay factory built car would be at he same price. Did you want me to compare animals like you did in you quote
"1:Your cars slow and heavy.
2:Well a cheetah weighs a hell of a lot more than a house cat"
And I am not interested in the sites you have bookmarked!
Just do yourself a favor and go wrap your heavy slow car around a tree and get something worth putting money into.

I don't have anything against the sti either, actually i love the body style even though i've heard many people think it looks ugly. But anywayz i raced one from a roll in my stock TII running about 3psi becuz of a leak and he really didn't pull all that hard on me surprisingly. When i raced him from a light it was a little different story lol!

Then the be-all end-all example is funny cars, and top fuel cars, which are exclusively rear wheel drive and are the fastest cars on the 1/4 mile.
For rally racing that's mostly true though. Circuit track racing, it's debatable, there's more than one way to skin a cat in that arena.
As for the whole "I can build X for Y amount of dollars" thing, it's usually a weak comparison. There are more variables to what makes a car "good" than just straight line speed. You can get a Ferrari that runs 12s for a small fortune, or build a Pinto that runs 9s for a fraction of the price. It's all relative.

Stage 2 clutch eh?
My friend has a 04 too, his nearly breaks my neck on each shift. They also run a low 13 stock, sorry, that's ******* fast for a stock car.
Btw, AWD is for *******.

Incorrect, those are really not that fast of cars. Most people assume they are but by the time you factor in its relatively wide spacing between gears most people are at the other end of the track already.
Nice kill...way to noob a hippie!
JOHNNYDILDO OUT!!!

No one wants to see a race involving a car like the 3000GT... That car opitimizes the 90's, except lacks any of the style exuded by the other classic 90's sportscars, like the 300ZX, Supra, NSX or RX-7... Those things are such heinous garbage, it's not even worth going into detail. 99% of the 3/S's on the road are either driven by women or blatant homosexuals. The other 1% are embarassingly slow.
some of what your saying is true
the 3000gt was NOT built to be a slick speedster. it was made as a TOURING car.
Yep alot of 3000gts you see are slow, ive seen maybe a handfull of vr4s. Embarrasingly slow? vr4s are FASTER than any stock US rx7. with a boost controller, downpipe, and y-pipe.... into the 12s.... THEN you upgrade turbos. So what your saying is either incridibly ignorant or just misinformed. Im getting a 6 puck clutch, ebc, dp, and intake put in my car right now. I dont think 12s at 110-115mph with about $500 dollars in mods is "slow"what are U running?

And before you ask me to leave or go to 3si....
the only reason im on this forum is because i was 10 minutes away from buying an fd.

Henessey you seem to say alot of ignorant comments, and just seem to keep talking and talking. But w/e, I'm not here to flame. A few STI drivers actually know how to drive, most are VERY mediocre (at best) drivers.
