Well getting down to the point, I got beat by a fully built turboed acura integra gsr. He was running on street slicks. He claimed to have stock internals but damn did he lie to me...lol...Both runs were done from a dead stop.

1st run: At the line I launched off at 3k and he was redlining the **** out of his motor...I was like wtf he cant be running on stock internals...the flagger drops and we take off....I immediately pull a car from him...shifting into second gear i pulled another car away from him....then from 2nd to 3rd...i fucken missed...then he goes screaming by...I was thinking to myself "its okay" i'll beat him on the next run as long as i dont miss 3rd again.

2nd run: Same thing on the line up...he redlining like hell again, as the flagger drops we both take off and he is a car back, then i put it in second and he falls back again...then i shift into third thinking yes i got him....but damn out of nowhere he starts pulling on my like crazy..."I couldnt believe my eyes"... but the race doesnt end here...we go into 4th and i start inching in on him but we had to stop (road starts to curve sharply ahead)..

SORRY GUYS..but dont worry I'll go get him back when my 500r turbo kit arrives...next week...but until then what do you guys think?

my mods: fmic, pulleys, koyo rad, intake, exhaust, dp + mp, streetport tuned at 12psi...making around 300whp.

 

Seriously though, you missed a shift on the first round. Not really a loss. And you stayed ahead of him for the second one. Could be considered a win really.

High HP fwd is retarded. He probably had no traction until 3rd gear.

 

I have to agree with Juiceh. Fwd and high power doesn't mix well.

I don't mean to be an ***, but the whole "my first lost" should be "my first loss." Everytime I see this pop up in my e-mail it just irks me the wrong way. Like I said, I'm not trying to before, I'm not trying to be an ***.

I think you should have him if you turn the boost up a bit.

I know a guy that thinks that anything that's not FWD will just oversteer off the track. It took all my effort to hold back from busting out laughing in his face. Ignorance is bliss until you understeer into a wall.

I wouldn't consider your death shameful. Hardly modded v. fully built and still not being completely destroyed is more shameful for the other guy, but still just a good run.

 

Are you kidding? You lost by 1 car. Your going from a 300hp stock twins setup to a 500r setup that will at 15PSI be around 440-450hp. You should annihilate him.

A streetport with your mods on the stock turbos....you should be able to whip his *** before going single. Turn up the boost! There is more to be squeezed from the stock turbos.

 

I think he ment 14 to 15psi on the stock turbos, which aught to do the job

 

Why only 300rwhp? Shouldnt you be closer to 320+ or so?

Also dont slow down for the curve that should be where the race starts
