That's why I think people swap the motors out of vettes into rx7s, it's the best of both worlds.

Like where did that come from? Out of Jealously? A used C6Z can be had for almost nothing these days.

Driving around in.....maybe a 250rwhp FD running non sequential. That thing has got to be slow as molassas (no low end spool & limited high end power). And an fyi - you do not have "all the bolt ons" as you stated in the older thread posted above. Your not even close. Heck, you still have the stock heavy/resctrictive Cat. Here are a just a few "bolt ons" you are missing:
1) Light weight flywheel
2) Pulleys
3) Midpipe
4) PFC
5) Shortshifter
6) Silicone hoses (can also be considered a "go fast" mod to ensure boost levels are maintained)
7) A non FMIC replacement, at 10 psi - you are likely offsetting lower AITs for boost drop (you have likely slowed your FD with the FMIC....a counterproductive mod)
Honestly, my neighbor's Greyhound dog would give your FD a run to ~ 45 mph they way its= was set up. No wonder you want a Z06 afer getting a ride.....you have not experienced "speed" before...... you handicapped your FD to run with Hondas? Ah well, it's just no big deal...just car/hobby talk. Good luck with your used Z purchase - they are indeed going to be a power jump for you.
