he killed me but not by very much . Anyway, my car is still running like **** (improper boosting) and i had another person in my car. My secondary turbo comes on @ 5.5-6k RPM instead of the standard 4.5k. Plus it keeps stumbling @ WOT. I'll run it again when my car has a normal FD response

good kill. give the guy some credit. i have gotten pulled on more times than i have pulled. and it comes as no shock to me because i know that my car isn't the fastest thing on the streets. it is fast, but there are plenty more fast cars out there to hand me my ***, and i still have a grin every time.

ok only read page 1, but why are you people all pulling the "the 7 can't lose!!!" on this one? It's an FD on stock turbos. Yeah so you can get decent power out of them... but most people who have them don't.

Be real...no matter how fast a car is there another faster...

But for someone driving something other than a FD posting a kill story in a RX7 forum is just asking for it...IMO.

Maduhbees' car isnt the car mentioned in this kill thread. It's some other car from Gardena. Maduhbeed raced him like last month.

^thats true it is kinda asking for trouble. But its not like he came on disrespecting any fds, he just said he beat one. Simple. People should stop trying to come up with excuses how he beat someone elces car.

I have an FD, and saw it as him just beating a car or driver which was slower than him- nothing to be made personal. If people are that sensitive, then they have bigger issues.

I thought you didn't like organized races? see bullshit...

man... that's weak sauce right there. Like I said earlier it's cool with me to post kills here with your car. I love anything that's fast. Fast deserves props in my book. Again your last statement was basically asking to be challenged so whatever... go ahead and continue killing close to stock or not runing right FD's. If that makes you feel good then go right ahead.

I race all. ****, losing is what actually makes it fun. I have posted deaths here too when it happens. What fun is it if you only run guys you know you can beat?

You dont deserve to race me you watching the FF1 again! I know the guy you raced, I have riden in his car a year or so back. The fact you talk smack about killing a FD on a rx7 site shows why your here, simply to stir up ****. . So when Hommies Fd is running correct you 2 can race, I will be more than happy to film it. Also the car you desribed......red from Gardena, I know him too. He has a nice car so props. BUT dont come on the rx7club running you mouth because if you only had a few feet on a crappy running 7 better stay away from any singles.

So what if he's on an aftermarket turbo... a kill is a kill. Anyways, it seems pretty fair to me since both cars were on pump gas, and the RX-7 has a displacement advantage. Maybe some people are taking this a bit too seriously instead of seeing it for what it's worth.

Aristo,

How come you didn't get in on the fun? Since you witnessed the race.

Um how does the rx-7 have a displacement advantage? 1.3 vs 2.0 correct?

I would have liked to, but I was in my 125 hp 4cyl Camry at the time LOL. I need to bring the FD out of its silly garage-queen status as soon as I get those Mazdaspeed bushings installed, as I have a score to settle with that S14 and a certain Supra.

Well, to make the best comparison to a piston motor, based on the volume of air taken in by the motor per revolution of e-shaft , it would be more like 2.6L for a 1.3L rotary. I think most people on this forum use that value to compare to a piston motor.

I understand that FD's will loose from time to time but I must agree that this FD was not running properly. A streetported fd with an Haltech even on stock turbos, if tuned right and there are no problems with the turbos, should be seeing over 300 hp.

I must disagree with Henessey about this guy and the disrespecting of fd's. He only posts when he beats an fd. He said the last one was the 3rd. Leading me to believe he does'nt like fd's and is hunting them down. Why will he not agree to an organized race? Is it because if he runs an fd and looses he would like to take his frustration out on some innocent motorist?
