I have a few locals with FD's if you want to run again, modded VS modded. Hell I would even let godzilla eat your *** with a 4 door rx-2.........let me know. There are more than a few modded FC/FD's so if you really want to know how quick the s13 is lets have some fun!!!

crazy9ceguy,

ooops nevermind I didn't read your replies where you said that you haven't dynoed your car.

so are you gonna take socalrotor on his offer? He is about 30 miles from Pasadena... So both of you are local to each other.

no thanks, i dont like organized races, i only race for fun, not to prove anything. All the FDs i raced were people I knew. If you still have a problem with me beating FDs then you will have to deal with it yourself, I am not here to prove anything, I just posted up a kill.

So if they were your friends, post the mods on the cars you beat.

Hey for real a kill is a kill, his car is fast. i know from first hand experience. if your complaining about the race not being fair, its never going to be fair. one cars always going to be faster then the other, either by mods or by skill. in his case its both. stop the hating.

most of them were BPU with intake, downpipe, midpipe, and catback. The red FD i raced last friday had a haltech ecu and boosting 14 psi, rebuilt motor with 2k miles, street port, intake, downpipe, midpipe, HKS carbon Ti catback, front mount intercooler, and blitz rims, he is from gardena and has a rear licence plates holder that said rotary power on it. So yes, the FDs i raced were pretty modded, have not raced a stock FD, all of them were on stock twins. I dont know where you got the idea that I was beating stock FDs.

i believe him too. my budy turbo chared his ka and that thing is pretty damn quick on only 5 lbs of boost let alone 1.7 bar. I still say you need to race someone with a turbo upgrade like yours. what you are failing to see is that the stock turbo that comes on sr20's in no way could beat an fd. So let a guy with a turbo upgrade..............lets say just bnr stage4's witch are close to stock but allow a little more horse power reliably I would say the race would be a little closer. but anyways good race.

It may be true that people get a little touchy when a rotary loses but if you read through the kills forum youll see that people here love to call bullshit for any and all things that seem even slightly questionable.

I think he brought it upon himself. It was his intention to stir things up, regardless of how long he has been on the forum. What else could be the reason for posting a kill on an RX7 on an RX7 specific forum? He didn't say anything bad about the car though, so I'll just consider him a "mild" troll.

Hmm, not going to call bull ****. but I will say that car with the haltech running 14lbs was not running tip top. ive run a s14 with the same turbo in my car while i ran 12.5psi and i destroyed him. he was running 1.4 MMhg.

pfft... puss you came in here to post a kill (which is cool in my book), then you make this statement:

as in yeah FD's whatever... sooo socalrotor offers you a REAL race and you decline. figures . I originally thought that you would jump at the chance to run a decently modified FD and to really see how well your car can hang. Alas, you declined.

People who are afraid to lose.

^Agreed^ You can't ***** out after some bold words like those. You know the old saying... if u can talk the talk u better be able to walk the walk. So basically what montego is saying is.... and if u DID race an aftermarket FD this is what would happen to you

I'm going to run him, and hopefully that can clear up a few things. I have basically the same mods as the FD killed in this thread, modulo the fact that I have a HF cat rather than a midpipe. The only problem is that my car will be on jackstands for the next three weeks or so, as I've been waiting on some MS rear bushings.

what's so unbelievable about a lightly modded FD getting beat that so many of you find hard to believe? my mildly modded T2 is faster than most mildly modded FDs, you guys gonna start bashing on me now too because you don't believe it?

this forum has always had the worst fanboys out there

and yes ive been around a lot longer than the join date of this SN. you guys actually seem to have calmed down recently. years ago the mere mention of a v8 swap would have mobs of you screaming like someone stole your candy, now its actually sort of *gasp* accepted

who would have guessed
