fd vs sti

ok i finally got the fd running around friday night in town. there was this blue sti all carbonned out trying to run. at first i didnt want to because something is making alot of niose under my car.i think its the drive shaft but not 100%. so any ways hes doing his revving thing and messing around and im sick of every 1 saying my car is beat because i dont run it. any way i catch the light with him.and it was just turning red at this time.he yells over can that car do better than a 13,2 1/4 mile run.i told him not sure i never ran it. ok the windows go up and the light turns green.
the sti digs nice and i burn longer than i wanted too. so the end of first we are head up 2nd i pull about 2 -2 1/2 cars and i go for 3rd but hit 5th back track and catch 3rd right before he gets to my door and im out. 3 cars up again.hit 4th and hes back a ways.
well after it was over this guy just drives around and follows me to get gas.we start talking and he asks what do i run again? lmao. like i said before i havent ran my car with the new engine. but it has been awhile.but he keeps saying by the way i ran i should be 13.0 1/4. but hey what ever. if felt real nice running it.but yeah i couldn't keep this guy from following me all damn night after that. so i took it back home and grabbed my gsx.i never new it would bring too much attention.
but i do plan on taking it to the track this week coming up. all my mods are in sig and i only hit 286 on the dyno (poor tune)

Only for the initial launch really... After that they lose alot more power thru the drive train due to friction than a rwd car and we get to blow by them.

thanks guys.well his boy in a 04 evo stock wants to race and only has a bov(what a joke) swears he runs 11.9 on all stock boost. but i said its not worth the gas.and yes i own 4 dsm's and my 90 gsx has a real nice launch but but doesnt keep it up through the gears and its all stock except a nice exhaust leak at the flex pipe and a oem crushed bov.so im not knocking the awd completely. haha
