First Race First......lose =(

It was to a 05-06 Mustange GT.

I was driving home from well paying for the car. An 05-06 mustang is changing lanes fast to try and catch up to me, he does finally and we driving about 70-75(im curising in 5th) and with out warning I hear in down shift and take off so I give chase. He was already gone by the time I knew what he was doing, but when i relize it and go I didnt gain much ground but i didnt lose anymore. I catch back up to him but there was to much traffic to run again.

On a good note I found out what this car can do. Not back for a stock 86 GXL. I plan on doing some mods but not till I find a motor I can rebuild. The mustang didnt sound stock, but who knows. I know a few ppl that just took the cats off thier stangs and they sounded mean as *** and loud.

did you really expect to win? 300 hp v8 on the highway vs. 146hp 1.3 rotary? but atleast you admit defeat. better luck next time

In my S4 NA I stayed bumper to bumper with a stang gt (99-04) till we shifted to third, which happened to be at the exact same time (weird, I know). Then he was gone...

nice but be carefull a moded type-s is not to slow

and if it helps any i had a A4 2.8 (i think it was) ride my **** at the light so i took off on him doing about 90(was wanna those in city 2 lane highways) going into forth i hit this constant right hander exit doing alittle over 100 the guys no where in site so i drop it in nuetral next thing i know the guys passing me doing at least 120 as i tryed to go into 4th but couldnt catch him. was driving a (in need of a seriouse rebuild) 88 se with a worn clutch and horrid shifter. the moral is u might not have the speed but u do have the handeling so dont worry about it.

oohh and if you where wondering he was behind me going into the turn. 4wd turbo is only as good as the driver useing it
