I was driving with my girl the other day (like 1pm) and a patrol car gets right up on my ***.. So close it was crazy, and we were in a 30mph neighborhood zone..

Anyway, after about 4 blocks of this crap I just pull over and he passes me while pingin his rev limiter... Wtf was that $hit? I was like " Did he want to race?!" and my girlfriend said, "I have no idea, that's f$&kin wierd.."

Cops are flipping stupid in this car-hating town. They regularly give tickets for 5mph over (i have 2), and they profile hot looking cars bigtime.. I've lost count of the number of times I've been pulled over because my car or bike "looks fast" or "was really loud"..

Well I figured I'd share my 7 and cop story real quick.... I just got back to phoenix after my last deployment and my buddy had my car at his house. So the first the thing I did was give him a ring and let him know I was coming to grab it (he did the suspension for me while I was deployed). When I pulled up he had it started already (which is nice cause its having serious starting prblms, prbly coolant seals) and he says jump and we'll go test out the suspension. I pull out just to come to a red light, I get in the right lane to turn right. The light turns green and I start to go but the the car shuts down, tried to start it but no go, so my buddy jumps out and pushes it for a bump start, he jumps in and I get on it really hard around the corner and at full wot through 3rd gear swerving across 3 lanes as it hadn't been properly aligned yet. I didn't get a chance to check my spedo (assuming I was nearing redline in 3rd with .440's had to have been fast) but when I looked in my rearview I notice a cop right behind, I shut down the engine, turn on my hazards and swerve off the road like I was experiencing serious prblms, I just see him shake his head real hard and keep on going down the street. I had no tags on the car either so I was extremely releived. I smoked about 10 cigarettes before even getting back in the car.
