"Beat" by a 350z (rant)

Well, I was on my way to work this morning when it happened. I was driving my '79 RX-7 down I-85 southbound minding my own business when I came upon a 350z in the left lane pacing a tractor trailer who was in the right lane. They were both doing about 55-60 in a 65!! So I'm blocked in and can't get around either one! The tractor trailer signals to move over into the left lane to pass the person in front of him, and instead of going on around the tractor trailer, the 350z slows down and backs off to let the tractor trailer in! I'm like, "ok, fine whatever". When the tractor trailer finally makes the pass and moves back into his lane, the 350z nails it, and goes up to about 90. I was just glad he was finally out of my way. I wasn't looking for a race, I just wanted to go to work. Well he backs off to about 60 again and here I am once again stuck behind him. He does that several times before he finally moves over and lets me go on my way! When I go by him, he's just sitting there in the typical ricer driving stance. You know, with one hand on the wheel and the back of the seat leaned way back. He looked over at me and gave me an expression as if to say, "Ha !!!, my 2005 350z just won against that old RX-7."

I was like YES YOU WON BUDDY .. you raced yourself and WON!!

Thus concludes today's rant.

Ok, first of all, a stock 350z is not a ricer.

Second, the guy driving the 350z was obviously a *****.

Third, I drive a 350z and can't stand people who are like that myself.

I said ricer fly by not ricer. My mom drives a 350Z, that we went a picked out together. I have just come across quite a few 350Z owners that think they are the king of all kings, and a few that just stoll dadys car for the night and are trying to show off.

I was referring to the driver not the car. The car was actually very clean - no stickers, no graphics on the side, and no wing. I meant no offense, I was referring to the driver. Here is what I said - again - read it for yourself . . .

Believe me, I got nothing against the 350z. Just that particular driver. So, are we cool now? Like I said, no offense intended to the 350z drivers.

Ricer is a state of mind for any driver or car. A car can be a rice mobile, and a driver can be a Ricer with a bone stock car.

350z are nice cars. And as far as the the king of rice I think the lancer is the most riced out stock car. Which would make it the king of rice. Though it is a nice car it is just the king of rice. All 350z's i have seen have been driven by peoples grandmas or mommas who are about to become grandmas.
