my car has been running great lately and the recent mods have mad the turbo alot louder so i get alot of urge to hear it So i follow an Rx-8 for a while but i realize he wont race becasue he has his g/f in the car. As im making a u-tun to go home a brand new 2006 Charger Daytona R/T passes me. I take off after him, and pass him to give him the hint. I get in front of the traffic and slow down but he seems to not want any. After about a mile of criusing, he randomly flies by me. So he has a 2-3 car jump and im going about 45-50. I drop second and take off after him and pass him at about 95 and get in front of him by 105. When i do this he all of the sudden hits the breaks and flashes his highs at me. I look up and a ******* cop was in the left lane ahead of me. I hit the brakes so damn hard my tires almost locked up lol. I prayed really hrad for a minute and the cop turned off and didn't come after me. at this poit im going like 40 mph in shock and the guy in the charger pulls up next to me and is like "i thought u were toast!" and i was like "so did i" we discussed how lucky i was and each others cars for a second and then he drove off. That car sounded pretty mean and he said it was stock.

even the srt4 has a nice sound, i can imagine how good those things sound. ive had some close calls with jersey staties

Nice kill. I kind of like the look of those Chargers.

I've had that exact same thing happen to me, but the cop pulled over the guy in front of him instead for what I can only assume was for throwing his cigarette out the window.

yeah the daytona and the srt-8 are particularly sexy . This one was orange and black with black 19 or 20 inch rims that i think were Lexani's.

It was probably just the Hemi version. Had it been an SRT model....it probably would of killed you.

Nice kill! I've driven alot of the Hemi Daytona Chargers. I believe they have a Borla exhaust setup factory. They are pretty quiet at cruising speeds and idle, but you put your foot into it and it comes alive!

i wanna race an SRT-8... im getting my Fuel Pressure regulator and Walbr installed this week i think i would have a good chance

you probably are running a mid to high 13 with those mods?

^^should be around mid-high thirteens. Yeah i didnt realize the srt-8 ran 13.48 stock that is pretty impressive considering the car weighs so much. But i guess u cant argue with 425 hp and 420 torque... wonder what the whp specs r?

my friends stock 300C SRT8 dyno'd at 370RWHP, but he just recently got exhaust and dyno'd and i heard it's over 410+RWHP.

^^not too impressed with the whp numbers... but damn 410 with exhaust holy ****. I have heard that once u get good exhaust its a HUGE difference in that car kinda like the FC but i never imagined such a huge whp difference. IDK if i would count those nubers with the gigantic fan blowing air right on to it tho... i will see if i can find one to run after the fuel mods and the flywheel and i will post up the results i think i have a hell of a shot as long as its stock...

Whored an S4 Audi '05 tonght... he kept up a little in first (AWD), but he gave up as i shifted into 3rd at which point i had a bus on him... the guy was an *** he wouldn't come near me after that and he is the one who started it
