well if thats hard what was mine i got bashed. thanks erikseven one day i will take it to the track and will post. i was hoping for 14.2 but a 14.5 i would be happy with. till i get a standalone.

i should have specified, i run a hybrid turbo running 6-7PSI which is about the equivalent of 10PSI on the stock turbo, stock fuel system running 87 octane(my daily driver until i install the LT8x and all fuel upgrades). my point was mainly that a modded n/a might come close to a slightly modded T2's level but i still don't believe he pulled on even a stock Z unless it was an auto and the guy had to wait to downshift as he did a ricer pull on him(no notice), i don't believe he would pull one in a fair race even though the auto Z's are doggy they still pull decently and both i drove were stock, don't underestimate technology or it will bite you in the *** even on a 500lb heavier car with more displacement and much more torque.

maybe if it was a auto and the guy was just playing... stock i ran a 14.0 @ 101

id love to see that most turbo fcs have trouble keeping up not to mention evos and stis.

lets see:
(i choose this HP number because my friend made that much with high comp rotors and almost everything else identical without a streetport... but you have low comp rotors)

you = 2400lbs+170rwhp = around 15.0 - 15.1

him = 3300lbs+250rwhp = 14.6 (w/out mods that's what they make)

it's possible if that guy was fuggin around but the torque of the 350z DOES help from a roll because it just dips out, already in it's powerband. i raced one lately and left it pretty bad... but i can destroy modded TII's. i'm do believe you beat your friends 88tII because they are the heavy and the powerless without some good mods. i just dont see the 350 tho. try and find another one to race and video tape it.

no one cares about the TURBO ROTARIES......we're talking about a slow *** NA..........my fiancee has one modded to 150RWHP and i doubt it can keep up with any Z

i know you guys hate the turbo rotaries.... i was putting things in to perspective. n/a's are ssaaalllooooooowwwww.. i've dealt with many and it sux. great on track, not great on highway.

Er, my car pulls just as hard at 100mph (up to 130 if Im not looking) as it does 50.

now you're just talking out of your ***...........both my GTUs turbo AND the GTUs pull up to a 100 easily but continue to pull hard PAST that..................

Stupid threads always live the longest, it's like some kind of survival of the dumbest or something. Anyway, I own an S5 NA, and there is no way it could beat a 350z.. unless the Z ran out of gas or something.

And my FC was still pulling at 135. I don't think it would have gone a lot faster, but it got up there easily enough.
