Also he raced me for the umpteenth time.He just didnt step on the gas and get too 110 from 45. none comon sense MF. me and my car also weigh 2400, and some one said z is 3300 so factor that. And could of been an auto but why would you mod an auto. Thank you andrew. these turbo guys are mad b/c my moded n/a is faster than a stock turbo. OH WELL GET OVER IT, or there n/a is not AS FAST.

No, no... You've got it all wrong.

Us turbo guys are STOKED that you've got a sick N/A... Hey, you're part of the Rx7 family... We're not haters, just doubters.

It's just seems highly unlikely that you beat a 350z. Like Andrew said, he's got CRAZIER mods than you, and he doesn't even think he'd hang with the new Z.

I believe that you beat an AUTO 350z... You beating a 5 speed (or 6?) 350z is so incredible, that it simply DID NOT HAPPEN.

We're not bashing you, or ******* on you for pwning a new 350z, we're just trying to be reasonable and find out what REALLY happened.

Good kill on the auto 350z... You're N/A sounds like a sweet ride (and faster than a bone stock TII).

Have you gone to the track lately?

no. There is a track by my house but its 1/8th and the closest 1/4 is like 1.25 min drive. My cousin has an 87 n/a with almost the exact same mod's and ran a 13.75 in the quarter. Still wish i have a turbo b/c it would smoke me. Someday though. like by next sumer hopefully. I know you arent bashing but some ppl are oh well. I think the only diff betwen me and andrew would be a fuel control. If i remember correctly.

you beat one 350z, congrats, but if the next one has half a clue, he's probably going to stomp you, so dont be too cocky.

First off 91 rotors are HIGHER compression.

Second https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=362659, learn to ******* read. It was a 94 BASE model. I only posted it because I wanted to shut a cocky kid up. Or the 86 Z28? It doesn't take alot to beat them, they're just torquey anways and it doesn't have 275hp (its a freaking 305!). FYI I don't have a modified TII anymore, if you checked my other posts it was SOLD some time ago.

Also, the TII had some decent modifications, so I could of still beaten a Z28 if I had my SAFC, 720's, FD pump, and my MBC in then, couldn't I?

What have you removed to get to 2400? If you didn't know the difference between s4 NA, s5 NA, and s6 FD rotors, why should we even beleive you?

Why did you jack Jager's thread like this. Justify your kill with some proof. I can vouch for Jager. Who will vouch for you.

If its the one I made the other day, I don;t get why even fret . http://www.autotrader.com/research/c...p?restype=used

That Z28 was sporting 165 to the flywheel in a 3300lb car compared to my SE which sports 146 stock and has the modifications in my signature (which are all finally up to date) and offically weighed in at 2444 (it was 2626 stock (With some things in the back that I use).

That 350z on the other hand is in the low 14's stock ;o!

His friend has the 84 Z28 with quite the mods. I raced a different one (with an exhaust MINUS headers, just off the manifold). The other Z28 (with more modifications) was running high 16's at the track! It really didn't frighten me.

Have a good look at my old post, and sorry if I jacked your thread, just a NA with a streetport without a CAI, and WITHOUT headers, beating a 350Z with an exhaust. That's just my beef. If you did 'beat' him, he wasn't racing.

Don't worry, I have nothing against you, keep up the good work on the modded NA! Wish you the best!

also i was told that the test pipe by bonez produces the same h/p numbers as headers. both are 2.5 inches.

Check the 2nd generaction section for a length post. But from what I know, a header is tuned to give you the best performance and it keeps adding power with more air modifications, such as intake, manifold porting, and any port style, since it helps with air flow. A manifold is for a stock car. A streetported engine loves a header (so does my stock ports, I used to run a Bonez Superflo system).

Alot of people have different opinions, but from what I've seen (even with dynos) a header proves to be much better.
