Question turbo sizes?

ok so what size of turbos are you guys using on your track cars? i looking to produce 400-475hp on a large streetport 13b. but im not too sure what size turbo i should go with and not have to worry about lag or losing efficiency and such. advice would be appreciated.

Read, study, go wtf...and be happy.

Basically you dont want lots of heat...and you want to move 1cfm of air for every hp youre making. The AR and trim affect this in a big way...and your best bet would be to call manufacturers, and tell them how youll be driving, etc etc.
