Looking for injector sockets (for welding)
Looking for injector sockets (for welding)
I want to make a quad injector setup on my UIM and I'm looking for sockets to house the injectors (aluminium and weldable)
Is there anyone offering these?

I used square lower injector O-rings like Mazda used at least until 1988. They only require a flat surface to press against.
Since my manifold was steel, I just used a pair of tube nuts (for 5/16" fuel line) that I drilled slightly oversize for injector clearance. If I was to make an aluminum manifold, I would have just used aluminum spacers from the hardware store, or maybe just cut two "bungs" from a junk alternator.
