I am absolutely sick and tired of people LIKE you!
When you contacted me about injectors I offered you 2 options:
A (USED) set of injectors for $103.00 delivered
Or
A used set that have been completely gone thru by RC Enginerring for $206.00 delivered
You were a CHEAPO and went for the $106.00
Later, atleast a monthe later you com back asking for a refund/exchange on 1 injector claiming it defective. Well, sorry....I dont warranty used injectors for this specific reason.... If you wanted a guarantee/warranty you should have taken option #2
Now the person who was disrespectful was you.. and I would post all of the B.S. that you wrote to me in PM's but I will save that AMO for later if you want to continue this circus.
As a resolution I offered you 1 replacement injector which RC totally went thru for $50.00 delivered. You paid me and I sent it to you, infact you got everything you paid me for and I owe you NOTHING. How this makes me dishonest, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND?
Your complaint now is that the injector was missing an O-ring and that I did not provide you with the print-out from RC. The O-ring....not a big deal, I have a box with about 1000 of the o-rings inside it...the print-out, and oversight on my part..yet I have it.. I would have gladly sent you the print-out and and an O-ring if you were not such a ***** in all of the PM's you sent me.
Basically I have had enough of your B.S. and I decided to just give you a full refund to shut you up/conclude this issue. Well as usual with people like you, YOU REFUSED a FULL REFUND.

Selling a product and the customer service associated with that deal are 2 different aspects of the whole ordeal. If it was expressed that the used injectors were not warrantied then there is no refund necessary, and in that respect Japan2LA would be in the right. However, I don't care if a customer calls your mom fat...you don't disrespect them...especially where they have easy access to hurt your reputation as a seller (such as this section of the forum).
If I walked into a retail store and got every item I needed, but the guy helping me called me a ***** and a crybaby because I showed some concerns about something I was purchasing...then yea, I may have gotten my parts, but you won't see me going back there...especially when there are countless other ways of getting what I need.
For this reason, I doubt I do business with Japan2LA either. You just don't treat your customers with such disrespect....but that's just me.

I can agree with treating customers with respect but give me a break guys. If someone came into a store and treated you with disrespect for several visits, even though you have respected them and gone OUT OF YOUR WAY to help, you would either A) Get pissed off and disrespect them back, or B) Refuse service to them.
I have never bought anything from Japan but I have PMed him on occasions and he was always respectful and helpful. But go back and read what he posted, he seemed to explain in detail to the customer his options, gave him what he wanted. Then he went out of his way to offer him another GOOD DEAL to help fix a problem that was in no way his fualt. I personally wouldn't judge Japan poorly, he seemed to be pretty willing to fix the issues with the customer. He went as far as offering a full refund.... How do you get better than that?
Last note, why not wait to see what Hanknmorgan has said/done before we judge Japan?
