Starting issues- PFC Shows bad sensor voltage-HELP

Car has not run right since day one. Basically it starts once after a while of cranking stays on at full throttle for a few seconds then dies out.

Sensor check in commander shows me this when car key is on ON position...

So something is definitely up with the wiring/sensors. What would cause the voltage to be so high? Where would i start in diagnosing this?

Have you actually verified those sensors are plugged in, and have you cut your harness?

Yes they are all plugged in. To my knowledge harness has not been cut.

You are either missing the 5V sensor hot wire or there is a major ground not hooked up.

Main body ground was checked and even replaced with a stronger one.

I checked the ecu ground visually and looks fine but im going to look further into that one.

I checked the air temp, map, and throttle position sensor, for resistance and it was good according to the fsm specs. Even compared the results with other spare sensors and they were good.

PMd Banzai Racing about the 5v sensor wire. What is this, where is located, etc?

There is a plug by your ecu that goes from the engine harness to a pigtail. I bet it's unplugged.

Negative. Checked over and over no missing connections.

Each of your sensors has a 5v signal wire. Use a voltmeter and the FSM. Start chasing down wires and testing the voltage.

Remove the PFC and test each sensor at the ECU harness. You have either a totally foobared PFC or open circuits.

Yea checking for voltage and continuity is the next step . Im starting to lean towards fried Ecu.

The body harness did have damage and was repaired. I half *** tested it at KDR by seeing if it would run on another pfc Fd but the injectors were different so we assumed that it would work fine on my car.

"Electrical Load Control Unit" - Little grey box with one connector running from the body harness next to the ecu

Any possibility this thing has something to do with it. I couldn't find much info on it but the FSM diagram does show this has some link with the ecu and the name implies something.
