RX7 Store Ultimate Inj Kit problem.

Engine was having problems running. Kyle and I took the UIM off to verify the setup including removing and re-installing the injector kit. Found a few non fuel system problems that affected idle air flow and fixed them.

The problem is that the engine only wants to idle, very slow throttle increase, and very fast throttle increase. Any other throttle movement it either dies or oscillates.
So I tried something new with same results.

Setup for 850 Bosch Primary Injectors for today's tests:
Did the normal primary PFC setup for 850s. Measured the duty cycle with 0 lag and a lag that gave an AFRs in the medium 12s. The % change in duty cycle was applied to the injector setup which gave a size of 758 instead of 850. Used 758 to determinene the primary injector %.
Testing:
Both slow and quick throttle movement ran OK.
Medium throttle movement cause an oscillation even though I kept the throttle fixed.
See chart picture attachment.
Chart Facts:
TPSV was almost constant and varied between .98 and 1.00 volts as I kept the pedal fixed.
PIMV fluctuated between 1.3 and 1.6 volts.
RPM fluctuated between 803 to 1650 rpms.
DUTY CYCLE fluctuated between 3.90 to 6.50%.
INJ FR/PR fluctuated between 2.1 and 3.3.

Any ideas as to what is happening?

Could there be a IGN issue that is causing this, possible a few bad spots in the IGN map?

I put the suspect PFC in my car with my map and mine drove OK.
The map in the bad car is based off of my map.

Could it be hitting the idle fuel cut or something.

If it though it was trying to idle then the RPM got above the Fuel cut it will stop firing the injectors untill it was below the Fuel cut then it would repeat.

Just a Thought

I finally put in the stock recalced base fuel values for the acceleration area of the map just past idle, and setup the 850s as 850s with 0 lag. The engine runs decent now but rich in that area. Idle is now about 11.2 AFR.

The real problem seems to be that the PFC can not make correct small fuel changes to the 850s with resitors in the circuit. The engine harness is also the original one which is not good.
