I just installed my new power fc and am having an issue with the speedometer in the car now. When I first start the car the vehicle speed shows zero but the moment the apexi starts to drop the idle down from cold start high idle the speedo will begin to follow the tach. Rev the engine and the speedo will follow with the tach when the car is stationary. I swapped back in the stock Ecu and the problem goes away, no abnormal speedo movement at all. I've verified removal of the correct 4 wires from the harness for the power fc install and bought the power fc and commander brand new. Thoughts? Bad power fc?

Make sure PFC grounds are grounded.

New or used PFCs?

I'm having the same problem. Brand new PFC. Just put on about 6miles while going through the idle learning procedure:/

The idle stabilized well to around 920 rpm with no A/C or defroster on. The 10 minutes with each of those on never really evened out the idle, so a bit worried overall.

How do i make sure the PFC grounds are grounded? Would really appreciate some help here...

 

Anybody ever figure this out? Currently have an FD that is doing this exact same thing with 2 different PFCs. Put the PFCs in my car and no issue whatsoever.
