WTF? I registered my used datalogit with them over a week ago and no responce for the egroup or any replies at all.... emailed them again and still no responce.

My datalogit is not connecting with my comp ("interface error") and im having some major issues and need f****** help/software/updates/info.


Ive always seen good things with the people at FC-Datalogit but as of right now...

The usergroup is pretty dead. You will get more of a response in here than over there. What OS are you using?

The user group is only needed (partially) to download software upgrades.
I assume you have the black universal box.
Search here for similar problems.

im running XP SP1... beige box

Where the hell do I get the software and DRIVERS.. especially the drivers.

just be paitent...It took about a month for me to get on! Sometimes people get lucky though!

 

When you bought your used beige (FD3S) box, did the previous owner give you the software to load to your PCs?

If not, go beat up his ***!

PM me your email so I can send you the latest and last ever software update for the box. The beige box is out of production.

 

I think I uploaded the driver here once. Or at least posted where to get it. Try searching and use my user name.

I had the same issue and searched to no end until that error was resolved...
