PFC stalling issues

I figured I would post this in a couple of forums and see what I can find out from you guys. Basically I have just completed a single turbo conversion, fuel system work, and installed a set of K2 block-off plates. So I have removed the air pump and everything else except the ISC.

Now the car starts up just fine, idles decent.. a little bit high for my taste but smooth and I figured I can work that out once I solve the stalling issue. Now when I pull out and drive around it runs great, no issues at all.. the problem is when I come to a stop. Half the time when I roll in for a stop, push in the clutch .. uggh.. it just dies. Once in a while it will catch itself but not often, it just keeps dying on me constantly.

I had this problem before on an old Supra of mine and it turned out to be a bad TPS sensor, but I have tested mine twice now and it is within spec. I can't seem to find the problem, the only thing I can think of is that the motor is not happy without the extra air being pumped in by the air pump at low rpm/idle. Any ideas? I am sure someone has experienced this. BTW, I am running the PFC and I already replaced the LIM and UIM gaskets. Thanks for any help!

You can try bumping up the 3 F/C values where you set the 3 engine speeds. Mine are set at 1400.

Make sure the O2 idle control is set off since you do not have an air pump.

Adjust the dashpot to slow down the closing of the throttle.

Why did you set your idle at 1400?

I switched the O2 idle control on and off a couple times when the car was just sitting at idle in my garage, I didn't notice a difference.. but I am thinking now that the difference in the setting will be more noticeable when I drive it more. I will give that a shot, as well as checking the dashpot setting.

This may or may not be related as well, but since my car was down for so long my PC680 battery lost virtually all charge. I am jumping the car right now when I start it, so the battery hasn't had time to recharge from driving since I can't keep it running! Could a low battery charge have something to do with it? I would think if it was electrical the problem would come from a bad alternator since the battery doesn't have much to do with anything once the car is actually running.

My F/C (fuel cuts) are set to 1400, not my idles.

My idles are 850, 900, and 950.

Well the first thing I did last night was turn the key to 'on' and go to the sensor check screen on the commander. Someone else had mentioned to check my clutch switch, when I pushed the clutch pedal up and down the CLT sensor dot did not cycle from on-off, or filled-open like it should. When I stepped on the brakes it cycled like it should on the brake sensor. So I stopped at the dealer this morning and bought a new one for $12, hopefully this is the problem.
