How to reach Glen at FC-datalogit?

I purchased my fc-datalogit last week and have been trying ever since to get invited to the yahoo group. This thing does not even have a manual, I just wanted to get as much info as possible before setting it up. I have emailed them down there 3 times with my registration information and not yet a response. It has been 4 or 5 business days, is this normal for it to take that long?
