Power FC Injector HELP needed

Unhappy Injector HELP needed

I have a question I am hoping someone can help me with. I recently got some 1300 secondary injectors (stock primaries). The problem my tuner is having is that once he installed the 1300's, when the key is in the "ON" position, the 1300's just start leaking/spraying. It's as if they are stuck open. Car will not start.

He did the 9v test, and it appears that they are both operating as they should. But once fuel gets into the rail, they just start pouring fuel, both of them... even when they are not plugged into the harness.

The question is, when making this change, is there a setting in the PFC that has to be made in order to calibrate the 1300's so that they don't flood the car upon start-up?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the injectors are bad or possibly the injector seals aren't sealing (fuel is going around the seals, not through the injector).

DOH! Your tuner could not figure this out. He is a real loser!
Bad seals or bad injectors.

Thanks for the response, thewird. My tuner actually said that it must be the injectors themselves, due to the fact that the fuel was leaking without them being plugged in. However, the person I bought them from insists that they worked on his car, and that once the PFC is programmed for the new injectors, and they are plugged into the harness, they will operate properly.

Seemed counter intuitive to both myself and my tuner, but I figured I would do some research on here, while the previous owner gets his old map form Steve Kan.
