INJ vs Base tab

Hey guys is the INJ tab same as the Base map tab? The reason is when I richen the cells in the INJ map and look at the Base map the cells in the Base map doesnt change. Why? I know when I richen the some lean cells in the INJ map it does work and changes accordingly cause I can verify it through my Wideband datalogit and the LOG works.

oh and also I am currently using BDC stock basemap since they seem to have a good Rep and pretty confident and verified with the Wideband and Knock is also pretty low... I have basic bolt ons with test pipe so im slowing riching some cells accordingly. Any opinions on their IGN maps? I have not check the boost cells yet do to weather conditions.

INJ is a correction map, to make the changes permanent to the BASE you need to press "recalc base" under "Tools".

in the base map tab you can select base x inj from the drop down menu to see how much the base map changes from changing the inj correction map

There is one danger in doing a Re-Calc.
If you have a functioning Air Pump, O2 Sensor, and use O2 FB like stock;
it will ruin idle fuel control.

Save the INJ settings for N1-N6 for P1-P6, set them to 1.00, recalc, then replace the values back.

Actually with O2 FB turned off, you can actually tune idle better.
