Where exactly do i see if im on the mod or base map? Sorry for being a moron, but these instructions are like changing the fuel filter...

 

You're probably not a dumbass, you're just where we all were at one time, at the beginning of the PFC learning curve.

Forum member skotz has put together a web site that shows the different maps and lets you compare them. The link is below. The different maps are labeled so you'll be able to view them all. Go to his site and print copies of the "base mod" amd "base stock" maps.

The Power FC allows you to change the values in all of the cells on the maps. On the FC Commander go to Settings then for example go to IGT. You will see a portion of the IGT map. You have to scroll across plus up and down to see your entire map. Just compare your map with the maps you printed out as suggested above and you will be able to determine which map you have.

 

So there is not a place in the commander where it says base map and mod map? Like when you set the boost to 12lbs.

 

Nope. The Commmander only displays the maps but does not "name" them such as base mod or base stock.
