Idling and running VERY rich (bolts ons + power fc)

Hey guys, so I bought my car a couple months ago and have gotten a large number of things sorted out, but one issue I am having is that the car runs and idles SUPER rich. I installed an AFR500 to keep an eye on my AFRs after seeing the amount of stuff that was a mess on the car and at idle I'm only seeing like 9.5, running it might get to 10.5 but that's really it. It leans out when I shift for a quick second which I'm assuming is just the BOV taking a split second to release pressure.

The car just has bolt ons. It still has the stock sequentials, it does have a catback, high flow cat, downpipe (I know, boost creep issues, I just need to get it running properly before I tackle that next issue), pettit intakes and IC kit, and greddy intake elbow. It has an air pump delete. The power FC has been reset to the base map. I've done a bunch of searching but haven't found anyone with this exact problem really.

The only things that make sense to me are either that the primary injectors are much bigger than they're supposed to be (I don't believe this to be the case, but who knows) or fuel pressure is insanely high for some reason (also don't think so, but maybe).

I was wondering if this could happen if the o2 feedback is enabled, but the o2 sensor is unplugged or not working. Would the power FC continually try to correct or no? I'm planning on trying it without that enabled when I get a chance. I am also removing the pins from the harness that are supposed to be removed but weren't this week.

Any thoughts? It stumbles around 3k-3.5k when the secondaries kick on, I am assuming because it's got way too much fuel.

I got around to pulling the pins today and turning off o2 feedback and not much change. Seemed a little leaner at cold idle (10.5ish) but richened up when the idle dropped to like 800-900.

When I made the change in the power fc (key on, not running) I smelled fuel right after so I'm thinking I have a leaky injector. I'm going to check fuel pressure before diving into that.

Your problem is an untuned power fc

I can't imagine the base tune is supposed to be running afrs around ~10. There's plenty of people who said the base tune is fine to drive on and mine is not driveable at all. It breaks up when the secondary injectors come on because it's ludicrously rich. Any other thoughts?

I'm planning on having pettit tune it but I'm not taking them a car that isn't running how it should on the base tune.

If the tune itself was the issue then why would I smell fuel from turning the key to the on position without starting or cranking the car?

I swapped the stock ecu back in and it still idles very rich, so I'm ruling out the power fc and everything related to its install. Definitely not tune related. If anyone has any ideas on what could make it run pig rich like this I'm all ears, I'm thinking I'll be check fuel pressure and map sensor then if both check out I'll be pulling the upper intake manifold to look at injectors.

I didn't check for codes no. I did check the fuel pressure and it's about 5 psi or 15% high, manual says to replace the fpr. Not sure if that's a big enough difference to account for how rich I am or not though.

Any good sources for an oem fpr that aren't crazy expensive?

Mods feel free to move this to whatever forum is more appropriate, it's definitely not power fc related. Thank you.

I have an oem fpr ready to go in, but when I pulled the upper intake manifold off to replace it I took a minute to check the injectors as well. This thing has secondaries on both rails... Which explains the rich issue. The PO didn't tell me anything about that.

My question now is, what has to be done to swap back to oem primaries? Can I run a spacer? Or do I need a new rail? Or should I just tune it for the 850cc injectors?
