Idle help, really rich

I'm idling at around 10.1-11.9 at around 850-925 rpm

reset my pfc to stock base map. Idle was the same before. I just did this to have a blank slate

mods are
mild street port
99 spec motor
10k mile on the rebuild from addicted performance
greddy front mount.
hks blow off.
non sequential twins.
aftermarket intakes
3" exhaust to the muffle , no restrictions.
vac is about 15-13 at idle @ 850-925

idles pretty brappy

I have played with the fr-pr % and rr-pr % down to 75-85% and the air fuel goes to about 13.2~range. But isn't suitable on takeoff.

I changed that to default and changed the pim-1000 rpm. To 85% instead of 100% and a/f came back to 13~range but haven't drove it yet.

I've tried messing with the Maps where it's idling p-n cells. And Where some are 121, I changed to about 108 with not much change. IDK how much change should be. Made by this change so I don't mess with it too much.

what should be my correct method for adjusting idle and cruise areas. Under boost it's rich *11.5* range but that fine with me.
Just trying to save gas where I can and not burn my eyes and lungs anymore.

I did the idle procedure already.

any tips on what I need to do or mess around with ?

You did not list your injector setup.
Is the air pump still operating?

Supposed to be the stock injectors and no air pump.

Is the air pump actually engaging/disengaging? Wiring to the air pump is frequently crispy and shorts out. Car will run terrible if it's set up for an air pump and it's not running.

Also hate to say it but you may want to do a compression test as well. If it's fine then you can keep troubleshooting, if not you know where the problem is.

Since the air pump is removed, make sure that the O2 FeedBack Switch is off.

If the stock fuel pressure regulator was replaced, make sure that the idle fuel pressure is about 38 psi with the control hose off.
A copy of your map is really needed.
