high idle

I installed my Power FC today.. I did everything up until the idle learning, disconnected the battery, turned the throttle screw, cut the four wires and installed the power fc.. I put the battery back and turned the power on, commander came on so I started the car and the rpm went the 3k, I left it run for about 5 minutes and it never went down.. And thats the reason I stopped at the idle learning, I didn't know if that was normal or not in the learning process, any ideas?

Yes, EGR Solenoid(Blue/Yellow), AWS Solenoid(Brown/Yellow), Split Air Bypass(Red/Black), and EGR Switch(Blue/Green).. I read those are just for extra emissions..

It must be a setting on the power fc, I put the stock ecu back in and the idle was normal.. I bought it used and was tuned for another car..
