HELP (Happy Thanksgiving)

I finally got my engine broken in last night. I had been slowly opening the throttle and allowing boost to rise throughout the break in. Well last night I went all out with someone in the passenger seat to monitor the commander. A lot of bizzare things happened.
First, my max boost was .62. It is set to go .9. (Inj Duty 80%)
Secondly, my O2 Sensor read .8, very scary!
Third, when I was idling down, the knock reading was around 13 or so and then jumped very suddenly up to 157!!!!!!!!
Lastly, there is a noticable surge around 2k and light throttle. The car idles strong, pulls good vacuum at idle etc...
I know that my TPS is off, the VTA1 is .75 and VTA2 is 1.66 closed. My first attempt of finding a solution is to correct this to stock readings. Is it possible that all these things are caused by the Throttle Position Sensor or do you think there are more internals wrong??? I remember a post that the knock reading on the Power FC was unreliable, well it just scared the F$CK out of me! Did my engine knock that hard???? Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I know I will (I get to play under the hood some more)

I drove it again and at idle it jumps up on the knock reading. I hit 209 under mild load. I'm parking it till I figure this out, so please guys if you read this, help me out or I'll be without my FD for a long time AGAIN. The surging makes me think it's an injector problem, which would explain a lot. I hope it's not, I don't feel like getting that engine torn down again... Another piece of information that might lead to a solution is with the surging the inj duty constantly fluxes high/low like it's compensating. Any thoughts? Please!
