Just installed my power fc, there is a little black box with its own plug on the stock ecu mounting bracket thing, do I plug it back in with the pfc or what.

That box was added as part of the cooling system recall. It enables you do the famous "fan mod". If you do not know what this is about, then check the web. It is well documented. It does not connect to the PFC directly. Just stick it somewhere out of the way.

The only other wiring to be concerned about are the grounding wires. Ground them somewhere.

 

I own a '94 FD and Im just about positive I didnt see that box when I installed my PFC.......Is that recall mod worth getting done? Shld I have Mazda check the recall list for this car?
