FL help with car running like S**t

so I have been working on a build for like 2 years (slow going working full time and full time school) but I am at the last leg and cant seem to get the car to run consistently. when I bought the car the motor was blown due to over heating. I got the engine built (street port)and switched to single turbo. I upgraded the fuel, rad, alt, brand new rywire harness, but I cant get the thing to run right. I have the power fc w/ commander and a datalogit.

some times it starts and idles just fine, sometimes it wont start at all. for example yesterday I had it running and tried to make some logs. today I couldn't get it started. I tried stock ecu and still nothing. it doesn't seem to be sparking. I have changed the coils and harness and checked to see if it was flooded.

ONE Thing that will help is if anyone can tell me the proper way to configure the innovate wideband lc2 to the datalogit. the way I have it set is in the settings I have it set to 0v=9afr 5v=16v then in the datalogit program I have an1 set to 0=9 5=16 an2 0=0 5=100 and then checked the box for delta an1-an2. but it doesn't show readings when I log. (I followed the steps for lc-1, cause I couldn't find lc2 instructions)

im going to work on it tomorrow. and see if I can get it running better. I have the sakebomb garage aem smart coil set and I hesitate to throw more parts on it until I figure out what is wrong.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

im not sure how to view the files and look at logs, im used to working with cobbs AP and its so easy. so some advice on logging with datalogit would be great too

Okay so no spark issue. Seems to be intermiddently not sparking.

This problem can be as simple as the coils not getting 12v, to ecu not sending trigger to igniter to coil to fire all the way to the crank triggers not getting signal.

Verify, the crank triggers are not plugged in backwards, verify that the power fc commander is registering rpm when cranking, if it is then crank triggers are sending signal. Now verify if there is signal from ecu to igniter(or smart coil), and make sure coils are grounded and have have switched 12v supply.

If you would like email me your map and Il have a look at it.

There was an issue with my coil pack. I ordered a sakebomb AEM smart coil kit and it fired right up. the car ran great on the PFC for 600 miles but I have recently switched to adaptronic ECU.
