Got some issues....

MY CAR- S4 street ported 13BT, 62-1. 720 pri/1560 sec, FP 36 psi at idle.

Got the car to idle nice BUT I can't lean out the idle past 11.3 AFR. Tried using the Commander IGL IGT INJ setting and I could richen the idle mixture but could't lean it out. I even lowered the INJ map idle area by .500 and recalced base map then lowered the INJ by another .500 in the IGL/IGT INJ setting AND STILL wouldn't lean out idle.

Is the PFC in limp mode?

The pfc will only reduce fuel to a certain extent. After that point it will no longer take any fuel out. It has a minimum injector on time. The larger primaries and a bit higher base fuel pressure doesnt help this in your case. Do you have the datalogit? I'm not sure if the commander allows you to change the lag settings, but the datalogit does. the only way to lean your car out more is to run some negative lag in the injector settings. You could try lowering your Fuel pressure at idle to 28- 30 but i don't know how much this will help you. The rest of your map will then need retuned if you do this.

Yeah I have a datalogit. My lag settings are in my MAP above.

I searched and read the PFC fuel limitations actually posted by you. I just figured that 720's are not much larger and some guys running 850's can get 13-14 AFR,. Now if they use lag, I don't know.

11.3 is so damn rich and I know the plugs won't last long.

Got a % I should follow when reducing lag?

Start reducing lag on the primaries and see how it affects idle AFR. Keep going lower on the lag so when you are done you are still with adjustability to lean it out or richen it up with the other fuel adjustment settings before you stop playing with lag because you will need to retune the entire fuel map (from cruise to driveability to full throtle) when you are done. A small change in primary lag will affect the AFR of the entire map.

You can read about it in more detail here for days if you look for it.

You should follow the values given by your manufacturer (injectors) for latency.

It is still difficult to lean out 850's.

i have stock 550's and had to lower my lag settings. i could get it to about 12.5 afr, but i wanted more like 13.5. I'm running a different FPR now, i'm not sure if the lag settings could be returned to stock at this point, but i just kept my negative lag because the car runs fine and thats what the car is tuned for.
