Power FC Dies out above aprox 3500-4000 rpm

Dies out above aprox 3500-4000 rpm
Engine: Naturally aspirated 13B, Banzai harness, fd3s igniter, fc3s coils.
Just changed from the stock intake to an itb intake.
Previous setup: Bosch 460cc primary injectors and Injector Dynamics 1000cc secondarys. FD3S TPS.
New setup: Injector Dynamics 1000cc primary injectors and Khein 230cc secondarys. GSXR 1000 TPS.
(Running the ID1000's as primary because they fit in the injector slot on the center iron, and the khein are the injectors that belong to the itb's im using.)
It idles fine, and revs nicely up to around 3500-4000rpm, but if i try get above that it stumbles and dies out.
Only change i did to the map was to change injector size and lean out the idle area.
Anyone have ideas on how to fix this? Is there anything else than the injector size i need to change, when switching injectors?

Tps values with the gsxr tps is 1.2v closed and around 4.4 at wot.
I made a bracket for the fd3s tps and mounted it to the stock fc tb. But that was on the prevoius setup with the stock fc turbo intake.
Now i just spliced the frt to the 3b wire on my banzai harnes, since the gsxr tps is a 3 wire tps.

ID 1000cc injectors fit in the primary spot on center irons. 230cc injectors are the injectors that belong to the gsxr tb, wich means they are relatively far away from the ports.
The id 1000 should be enough for what i need by far, but without secondarys the power fc shuts the car off when coolant temp hits around 50 degrees celsius.
What would be the problem running large primarys and small secondarys? If it is a big issue, i could always try to run the 230cc injectors as primarys.

When you changed to the primaries to 1000cc did you change the primary percentage to 55%?
I have not tried it, but you could possibly get rid of the secondaries and run just the 1000cc primaries, by raising the pri/sec transition to 100%, theoretically that should tell the PFC that the secondaries are only to be triggered once the primaries reach 100% duty cycle.
You are still going to need to tune the AFR's, you had 1460cc per rotor and have gone down to 1230cc, then potentially down to 1000cc if the transition change works.
