pfc not reading rpm

Hello. my car will not run. i got it as a basket case and have been repairing it little by little. i tried starting it and while it cranked, it wouldnt even hiccup. looking at the commander, it shows my sensors are working like ait water temp etc.. but the injector duty cycle stays at zero and the rpm stays at zero. i assumed maybe it was an issue with the crank angle sensors but they checked out. next was wiring so i pulled continuity on pins g4 g4 and 4e corresponding to the crank angle sensors and they all showed life. i thought it may be the ecu itself so i plugged it in my other fd and it fired right up and the commander showed everything like it should. now i am stumped. i like to figure things out on my own but i dont know where to go from here. any ideas as to what else the ecu needs to read rpm signal?

thanks for the help

Do you have the grey and white CAS connectors on the correct sensors? White on top, grey to the right.
