Just a little help guys.
I had to do a system recovery on the laptop and lost the URL for the FD3S Datalogit group, the one with all the files and maps. Can someone shoot that URL over to me?

Typically, you join when you buy a Datalogit, but perhaps the group admins would allow you to join before you get one so you can see how good the support is. I have certainly learned a lot from that group.

i will soon be in the market for a datalogit. i was wondering if it is possible to join the group to get an idea of how people like the product and about the support and information available to the users.

Hello. Not sure if I should post here or new post? Anyway, I bought the datalogit in mid December and I have been trying to register/contact datalogit (and even tried to get info from Rotary Performance) ever since. I can't even get a response from anyone! Any suggestions? Is the group dead?

I am in the same boat bought it in Dec have sent a total of 3 registration requests not to mention a couple emails to their info email. They are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. I thought about dropping a line to Rotary Peformance where I bought it and see if they could get their attention. Is there someone on the group that could email or start a post to the admins about all the people waiting in line?

I just bought my datalogit yesterday from a friend. it is not for my laptop, but thats an easy fix since Rotary Performance sells the USB adapter. BUT, since my friend bought his datalogit 3 years ago, the software is a little outdated, or else too outdated for my computer to read? Not sure, but the cd that he gave me didnt even register with my laptop. i am trying to get a hold of some software so i can load it onto my computer. if anyone has any ideas or where i could get, i would appreciate it. I have windows XP if it matters. thanks Rick

thanks fastrx7. did anyone else have to pay $20 to register their datalogit or is that just for used datalogits? i think im gonna hold off until FC-Datalogit gets back to me before i spend the $20 for registering. does anyone have the software for Windows XP? i just need a copy, if anyone can. i will pay for it.

 

So I get a invite to join a the datlogit user group. it sucks. I click on Chuck's link and I am signed in but not a member?WTF
Its been since the 1st week of December and i have sent a **** load of emails to them with my serial and purchase info.
There is no excuse for this **** service. I read plenty of others having the same experience. While I may not be executing something correctly it doesnt explain the KIWI crap.
