Ran about 7 tuning runs yesterday with the DIY WB and the Datalogit. I picked a whole PASSLE of HP in the middle 10x10 cells/rev range. I had to richen it up quite a bit. Ended up leaning out the upper end quite a bit too.

Flipped back and forth to the map I started with, and the tuned map. Wow! In 2nd gear at a 40mph roll I break loose hopelessly. Back to the old map and barely a chrip. Can't wait to see the dyno results on Oct10th.

 

Starting going into the "black arts" with ignition tuning and split. All I got to say is that I might found about 50 more RWHP, with all the tuning. At least that is what my INJ duty cycle is telling me. So glad to have the big boys in now.

 

I have been reading a lot about the datalogit for the fc. How difficult is it to use. When you first hooked it up, did it erase your current settings or does it store it? Is the software win 2000/XP compatible?
